Hesap verisi, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece ve kapanıştan sonra en fazla 12 ay tutulur. Fatura/muhasebe kayıtları İspanya vergi ve ticaret mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca (genel olarak 4-6 yıl) saklanır. Pazarlama rıza kayıtları, rızayı geri çekene kadar tutulur. Güvenlik logları amaçla orantılı sınırlı süre saklanır.

Sunucularımız AB içinde (Frankfurt, Almanya) bulunur. Bazı işleyenler ABD'dedir; bu durumda koruma şu güvencelerle sağlanır: Stripe . EU-US Data Privacy Framework (10 Tem 2023 yeterlilik kararı; Eyl 2025'te AB Genel Mahkemesi tarafından onaylandı) + Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri (SCC). Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure. Billing/accounting records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally 4-6 years). Marketing-consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. Security logs are kept for a limited period proportionate to the purpose.
We do not sell your data. We share it only to run the service, under Art. 28 GDPR agreements:

Our servers are located within the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Some processors are in the US, where protection is ensured by: Stripe . EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023; upheld by the EU General Court in September 2025) plus Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (to legitimate-interest processing or direct marketing), and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. Los datos de cuenta se conservan mientras la cuenta esté activa y hasta 12 meses tras su cierre. Los registros de facturación/contabilidad se conservan durante el plazo exigido por la normativa fiscal y mercantil española (en general 4-6 años). Los registros de consentimiento de marketing se conservan hasta su revocación. Los registros de seguridad, un plazo limitado y proporcionado.
No vendemos sus datos. Solo los compartimos para prestar el servicio, bajo contratos del art. 28 RGPD:

Nuestros servidores están dentro de la UE (Fráncfort, Alemania). Algunos encargados están en EE. UU., donde la protección se garantiza mediante: Stripe . EU-US Data Privacy Framework (decisión de adecuación de 10 de julio de 2023; confirmada por el Tribunal General de la UE en septiembre de 2025) y Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo (CCT). Brevo . entidad contratante en la UE (Francia); cualquier transferencia ulterior a EE. UU. queda cubierta por el DPF + CCT. Solicite copia de las garantías en [email protected].
Tiene derecho a: acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad, oposición (al tratamiento por interés legítimo o a la mercadotecnia directa) y a retirar el consentimiento cuando el tratamiento se base en él. Para ejercerlos, escriba a [email protected]. Respondemos en un mes (ampliable dos meses en casos complejos). Gratuito salvo solicitudes manifiestamente infundadas o excesivas.
