Destruction: Deletion, destruction, or anonymization of data.

- Google Drive / Sheets
- Notion
- Email inboxes (Gmail)
- Web-based forms and front-end systems
5 REASONS REQUIRING DATA RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION
- Fulfillment of legal obligations
- Establishment/performance of a contract
- Legitimate interests
- Withdrawal of user consent upon request
- Cessation of the purpose of data processing
6 DATA DESTRUCTION METHODS
- Deletion: Deletion of the file in environments such as Google Drive, Notion.
- Destruction: Destruction of physical documents, if any.
- Anonymization: Elimination of any link between the data and the user.
7 TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURES
- Access authorization
- Encrypted data storage
- Use of 2FA on third-party systems (Google, Notion)
- Prevention and auditing of unauthorized access

10 PERIODIC DESTRUCTION PERIOD

When the purpose of processing has ended or the legal retention period has expired, every 6 months data is periodically reviewed and deleted if necessary.
11 EFFECTIVE DATE
This policy 05.08.2025 came into effect on the stated date.
